Calvary is seeking a part-time facilities manager

Calvary Baptist Church is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual with minor repair skills and good connections with local tradesmen to be our facilities manager. This is a part-time position that would require roughly 20 hours per week. The Facilities Manager of Calvary Baptist Church will serve as the primary point person for the cleaning, upkeep, and repair of the church facility. The person will function as a handyman and custodian while providing administrative leadership for the facilities and the proper maintenance of the building and grounds. The individual will be responsible for the regular cleaning of the church, minor repair work, and other regular upkeep tasks. The individual will also have an administrative role in overseeing the use of the building, ensuring retention of documentation relating to the building, and being the point person for coordinating building inspections, major repairs by outside contractors, etc. For more information, click here to see the full job description.
