Welcome Revered John Lowery!
We’re excited to welcome Rev. Lowery to the Calvary Baptist family! He brings over 20 years of ministry experience from Pilgrim Baptist Church right here in Newark, beginning as a teacher and eventually serving as a bivocational minister while building a successful career in finance. This past Sunday, Rev. Lowery shared a beautiful Advent message titled “Renewed Hope.” Though it’s not his first time preaching at Calvary, we couldn’t be happier to have him with us again.
